Welcome to Yaa.Beauty. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yaa.Beauty marketing site and related early-access or onboarding services operated by Grant Corporation ("Grant Corporation", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting an early-access request, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Yaa.Beauty is a software platform for beauty professionals — including salons, stylists, nail techs, lash artists, barbers, massage therapists, estheticians, and related beauty businesses — to run booking shops, retail, invoices, and payments. Product features, pricing, and availability may change as we grow.

Early access and trials

Requesting a setup link or early access does not guarantee immediate account activation. Trial pricing (including the $4.95 first-month trial and published Solo / Studio / Salon rates) is described on the marketing site and may be updated. Paid subscriptions, platform fees, and payment processing are subject to the plan and checkout terms presented when you subscribe.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.
• Use the service only for lawful beauty-business purposes and in line with professional standards.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the site or related systems.
• Comply with applicable laws for your business, including client consent, advertising, and data rules.

Accounts and content

When product accounts become available to you, you are responsible for activity under your login and for content you upload (service menus, photos, client communications you send through the platform, and similar). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to run the service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

Payments

Fees for Yaa.Beauty plans and optional services (such as domain setup) are charged as disclosed at purchase. Payment processors (for example Stripe) have their own terms. Taxes may apply. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Intellectual property

Yaa.Beauty branding, site design, and software are owned by Grant Corporation or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.

Disclaimers

The marketing site and early-access materials are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grant Corporation disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grant Corporation and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the marketing site or early access is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Yaa.Beauty in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Termination

We may suspend or end access to early-access or product services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue an offering. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. If you continue using the site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
